we had our second meeting with the mortgage guy... and it definitely isn't as bad as I thought it was. our realtor actually explained everything to us in terms we could understand and it all makes so much sense now. I don't feel so foggy about the process now. :)
doesn't meant that it doesn't suck still though. :)
