part of the basement will be my sewing quarters... I'm probably going to end up with half of the basement (unfinished as of now). I've already claimed it. now... it's just a matter of maybe investing in some more outlets downstairs... and getting a dehumidifier for to keep the fabric dry. we plan on finishing the basement eventually anyway... so I'm just starting in early with it. :)
